Rutaba’s body crashed into the ground like a broken doll, the fake Savage Cannon scorching across his chest and arms with searing heat. Raw burns blistered over his already dark bruises, his torn clothes smoking and hanging in ragged shreds. Pain exploded through every inch of him — ribs screaming with every breath, lungs burning like fire, arms and legs feeling like dead weight. His vision blurred badly, the world tilting wildly as he lay sprawled on his back in the torn-up grass, chest heaving in shallow gasps.

He forced his eyes open anyway, teeth gritted against the agony. When Liari suddenly crashed down beside him and jerked him up by what remained of his shirt, his head lolled forward heavily, legs dangling uselessly like broken strings. Sharp agony ripped through his battered torso as he hung there limply, face inches from hers. The movement made fresh burns sting and his bruised ribs throb even worse.

“…I’m… not… done…” he rasped, voice weak and cracking, blood trickling slowly from the corner of his mouth. His small fists clenched uselessly at his sides even though his arms felt like heavy lead. “I can still… fight… I have to… get stronger… for my mom and dad… I promised them… I have to find them…”

The words came out shaky and barely above a whisper, but they burned with every last bit of stubborn fire he had left. When Liari snarled and raised her hand like she might slap him awake, Rutaba’s hazy eyes narrowed in pure defiance for one stubborn second — his tail giving one weak, defiant flick despite how much it hurt to move.

But his body betrayed him completely. His head drooped heavily, eyelids fluttering as the pain and exhaustion crashed over him like a tidal wave. Everything hurt too much. His burns stung like fire, his bruises throbbed deeply, his muscles refused to listen anymore, and a heavy fog was pulling at the edges of his mind.

Liari dropped him. Rutaba collapsed back onto the grass in a limp heap, arms and legs splayed out like he was making a snow angel in the dirt and rubble. His chest rose and fell in shallow, ragged gasps. The world spun slower and slower around him. He tried desperately to reach for his Savage Staff lying nearby in the grass — his fingers twitched weakly, scraping uselessly against the dirt — but he couldn’t even lift his arm more than an inch.

“…Next time…” he whispered hoarsely, voice fading as darkness closed in around the edges of his vision. “…I’ll train harder… I’ll be so much stronger… I’m not giving up… never… I’ll protect everyone…

Even as an invisible force lifted his limp body and floated him toward the open school doors, Rutaba’s small, battered form twitched one last time. His head lolled to the side, but his fists stayed loosely clenched at his sides. A tiny, tired, stubborn grin lingered on his lips as the cool stone floor of the hallway met his back.

The last thing he felt before everything went completely dark was the distant, roaring explosion of Liari’s aura… and the burning promise deep in his heart that this wasn’t the end.

He’d rest. He’d recover.

And when he woke up… he was going to train harder than ever before. No matter how much it hurt. No matter how long it took.

He was a Saiyan.

And Saiyans never stay down.

Watching as the conclusion was more violent than necessary, Eschal gritted his teeth, unclipping his ray gun from his belt while keeping his ki completely suppressed, he adjusted his ray guns system for homing shots for the Gamma Blaster as he moved from view, like many of the students watching from the roof tops, firing the ray gun where it left a single ball of energy (not ki) stationary just as Vaelin leaped over the roof landing behind the school,
"Time for a game of cat and mouse... Hopefully the kid rests and is smart enough to not follow."
As eschal began moving by foot, due to the saiyans supernatural agility and speed, he was B-lining through satan city with speeds easily faster than bullets as he coursed his way towards the center of satan city firing another energy sphere which remained stationary before proceeding towards the outskirts of satan city towards the vast grasslands beyond. It was here that his first gamma blaster shot triggered, its stationary sphere suddenly forming a face as Liari was busy screaming and letting out energy like a violent tempest. This ball of weapon energy suddenly shot out towards the sky a blue ball with a face shifting its trajectory homing down onto Liari's position with destructive force similar to the basic Kamehameha this was done due to the shooting correction feature in the ray guns gamma blaster. Due to its trajectory even if the gamma blaster blast misses it would slam into the ground shooting stones like bullets in a small radius, small enough to not harm by standards but be close enough to riddle the majin with rocks. This first shot would likely make all around think a sniper was shooting from the schools roof top, and that was exactly what Eschal wanted, as he was gaining distance before setting up five separate shots hidden behind boulders, tree's, and rock formations. Should liari move towards the schools roof she'd find nothing but fleeing students which would trigger the second shot from the center of the city which would begin its movement between buildings avoiding collisions with the structures homing in on Liari for an impact resembling a normal ki volley against her back likely doing no damage but leaving a trail of smoke off her back.
1775074031934.png
The goal was to irritate her enough to try and hunt down the source of these cat and mouse tactic shots, and should things go as planned as Eschal was smart enough to remain suppressed instantly tracking him through sensory was now impossible as his ki signature hadn't been released hence singleing him out was not possible; if Liari followed the trajectory of the second shot leading to the center of Satan city, a much wider and open spaced location the five later set up shots would ignite into life all five shooting up towards the sky before descending down upon the majin with a five rapid succession barrage. Hit or miss it mattered not as Eschal tucked his Ray gun away he stood outside of Satan city waiting as the last five shots would give a simple following trail straight to him...

BLAM!

The chaos around the Majin would cease in an instant. She would look down and see... a hole roughly the size of a head having been BURNED through her chest, a blue energy sphere with face-like attachments glaring back up at her from the ground where it now rested... and faded. Liari stared at the spot where it had been, uncertain how to feel... despite the SEARING BURN BUILDING IN HER TORSO. On the one hand, someone had answered her call! Hip-hip-HOORAY!

...On the other hand... The Majin turned around toward where she judged the origin of the blast to be. Given the angle of the hole in her body and the shape of the crater, it had to come from somewhere high up! The sky or... perhaps the Satan School roof? She turned her eyes upon the general area and scowled when she came up with nothing. Her special new playmate was a coward... That was annoying. That Rutaba kid was probably a moron but he wasn't a coward. He had heart, a RIDICULOUS amount of heart, but he had one.

Couldn't really say the same for whoever this punk was... OH WELL! At least he could actually DAMAGE her! Sticking her thumb between her lips, Liari would blow, her chest BULGING, the hole shrinking until...

*POP!*

It was gone!

"Well, then..." Liari huffed, hopping up onto the school roof, a hand gingerly brushing the soot off her belly. "Where did you go, you sneaky little-"

BLAM!

"Uh...!" Liari gasped, watching as another blast, much like the first, flew just past her head! ...Or rather, half-watching because that blast took out the entire left side of her face! ...And what was more, she couldn't SENSE anything from that blast! It was as if it didn't exist... or wasn't made of ki! The Majin stumbled, raised a hand to the wound and PULLED. A fresh half-face SPROUTED from where she tugged, Liari's new eye flitting around in it's socket as if trying to right itself in it's new home!

"Okay, you little runt..." Liari rumbled, her face contorted in a snarl. She turned back in the direction of where she THOUGHT it had come from. Somewhere in the city, she judged...

That idiot... If he was a do-gooder, he was just putting all those squishy little humans in danger!

...Well, fine with her. He was gonna pay for that decision and ALL THE OTHERS that convinced him cheap-shotting the STRONGEST THING ON EARTH was a good idea!

Shooting down into the city, Liari would land in the middle of the road, batting aisde a car as it RUSHED her down! As the vehicle spiraled off the the side, several more shots BOMBARDED the Majin from above! The first severed her arm. The second struck her in the back, causing her to stumble, each one seeming to manifest from NOWHERE to the Majin who RELIED ON SENSING ENERGY to know where these sneaky little attacks would come from!

"RRRRGH! YOU....." She snarled, whirling around and managing to catch the third blast, relishing in watching the little face on it contort in fear as she CRUSHED it to sparkles. The forth she opened her mouth and SWALLOWED, BLASTING the energy out of her arm-holes in arrow-like shots towards the 5th. It weaved and dodged but... instead of coming after HER... it fell upon her arm, blasting the limb to bits! The Majin stared, the gummy-gears in her head turning at THAT observation. What could THAT mean? No way that was intentional, right?

Hmmm...

Her body reformed herself as she thought, Liari staring down the street as if she would somehow glare her attacker into revealing himself. She took a deep breath... and YELLED:

"ALRIGHT, PUNK! YOU MADE YOUR FIRST MISTAKE COMING AT ME LIKE A COWARD! YOU'RE GONNA PAY FOR EVERY ONE OF THOSE CHEAP LITTLE BLASTS ONE BLOODY LIMB AT A TIME!" Her voice was so loud pedestrians fell to their knees, clutching their ears, glass SHATTERING in a creshendo of noise as the Majin's voice STRETCHED across the city. "...AND LIKE THOSE BLASTS, YOU MADE A MISTAKE BRINGING ME HERE. TAKE ANOTHER SHOT AT ME. I DARE YOU. I DOUBLE DARE YOU! DO IT AND..." She paused, looking around quickly. She found a woman and her kid nearby, both still kneeling, clutching their ears. With a swipe of her hand, she grabbed the woman by the scruff of her dress and held her up, displaying her to her invisible, cowardly foe.

"...WE FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR LITTLE BLASTS HITS HER!" LIari grinned wide, jostling the woman around in her grip as if to emphasize her threat.

"..GET THE PICTURE, PUNK? GET OUT HERE AND FIGHT ME... OR HAVE FUN WASHING THE BLOOD OFF YOUR HANDS!"

She smirked, proud of herself. She could sound Pre-TTY threatening when she wanted to... Let's just hope Mr. Mysterious Mystery Man doesn't call her bluff.

Rutaba lay sprawled on the cool stone floor of the high school hallway, his small body trembling uncontrollably. His torn training clothes were filthy and ragged, sleeves hanging in shreds and pants ripped at the knees and thighs with fresh dirt and grass stains ground into the fabric. Dark bruises bloomed across his jaw, ribs, stomach, and back, while raw burns stung angrily across his chest and arms. Every shallow breath sent sharp knives of pain stabbing through his lungs, making his chest feel tight and heavy. His arms and legs felt like solid lead — he could barely twitch his fingers, and even that small movement sent fresh waves of agony rippling through his battered muscles.

The distant roar of Liari’s voice suddenly exploded through the walls like thunder, loud and furious, screaming threats about “cheap little blasts” and “washing blood off your hands.” The sound jolted him awake with a sharp gasp. His hazy eyes fluttered open, vision still blurry and swimming. Then he heard the part that made his stomach drop — she had grabbed a woman and a kid in the heart of the city, holding them up like they were nothing while cars swerved and people screamed around her.

Something hot and fierce flared up in his chest, cutting through the fog of pain. His blurry memories flashed again — the warm, fuzzy feeling of his parents sending him away to be safe, the stern voice telling him to “get strong,” the promise he made to himself every single day in the mountains. He couldn’t let her hurt innocent people. Not when he was right here.

“…No…” he whispered hoarsely, forcing his eyes open wider with pure stubborn effort. Blood still trickled slowly from the corner of his mouth, and his vision swam badly. “You can’t… hurt them… They didn’t do anything wrong… This fight is between us…”

He tried desperately to push himself up. His arms shook violently under his weight, elbows buckling twice before he managed to rise shakily onto his hands and knees. Pain exploded through his ribs and back like fire, making him gasp sharply and wince hard, his face twisting in agony. The hallway tilted and spun around him, making his stomach churn. His legs felt like jelly, but he refused to stay down.

Still, he forced himself to crawl forward a few painful inches toward the open doors, leaving a small trail of dirt, blood, and sweat on the clean floor. Each movement sent fresh stabs of pain through his bruised body — his ribs felt like they were cracking with every shift, his burns burned hotter, and his back screamed in protest — but he gritted his teeth and kept going, determined not to just lie there while people were in danger.

“…I won’t… let you…” he rasped, voice weak and cracking with exhaustion. “They’re… not part of the fight… You want to fight… then fight me… not them… I can still… do this… I have to…”

His arms gave out again, but this time he didn’t stay down. With a fierce, pained growl, Rutaba pushed himself up one more time, legs wobbling badly as he staggered toward the open doors like a drunk little fighter. His tail dragged limply behind him, and every step sent fresh agony shooting through his body, but he kept moving forward, one shaky step at a time.

As he stumbled out of the hallway and into the open air near the courtyard, his blurry eyes caught sight of something red lying in the grass — his Savage Staff. A weak spark of determination flared in his chest. He changed direction with great effort, limping painfully over to it. Every step made his burns sting and his bruises throb worse, but he bent down slowly, fingers shaking as he picked it up. The familiar weight of the staff felt comforting in his small hands. He slung it across his back, the red pole resting diagonally over his shoulder so he could grab it quickly if needed.

Now leaning heavily on the staff for support with one hand while it rested on his back, Rutaba turned his gaze toward the heart of Satan City where Liari’s roaring aura lit up the sky like a violent storm. He could see her in the distance, standing in the middle of the busy road, screaming threats and holding the woman and kid while cars swerved and people panicked around her.

“…I’m coming…” he muttered through gritted teeth, voice barely audible. “You… can’t hurt them… I’ll stop you… I’ll get stronger… right now…”

His vision kept blurring, the world tilting dangerously, knees buckling with every step. Fresh pain shot through his ribs and back with every movement, but he refused to stop completely. Using the last of his strength, he staggered a few more steps away from the school, then kicked off the ground with a weak burst of flight. His messy blue ki flared faintly around him, orange-red sparks popping weakly as he rose unsteadily into the air.

He flew low and clumsy, weaving unsteadily toward a cluster of trees and boulders at the edge of the school grounds that still gave him a clear line of sight toward the heart of the city. Every second in the air made his burns sting worse and his bruised body scream in protest, but he forced himself to land behind a large rock formation, dropping to his knees with a pained gasp.

He leaned against the rock, breathing in short, ragged gasps, Savage Staff still slung across his back. His chest heaved, legs shaking, and fresh waves of pain rolled through him with every breath. He was exhausted, badly hurt, and his stamina was almost gone… but he refused to close his eyes completely.

“…I’ll rest… just a little…” he whispered hoarsely to himself, eyes locked on Liari in the distance through a gap in the rocks. Cars and people were scattering around her in the city streets as she roared. “…Then… I’ll go back… I’ll get stronger… I won’t let her hurt anyone…”

His small fists stayed clenched around the staff even as it rested on his back. Even as darkness tugged at the edges of his vision again, the tiny, tired, stubborn grin lingered on his lips.

Hearing the Blue creatures proclamation after sensing it move towards the center of the city before stopping its advancement, Eschal gritted his teeth with a Tsk sound. unclipping his ray gun from its belt, he pointed it forth in direction of the blue creature. With the proper angle, he switched off the Gamma Blaster to avoid hitting the Human captive, but this would ultimately create a line of the ray guns laser leading the blue creature straight to him,
"Damn, was hoping to get her out of the city without risking my position... But no time to rush in or risk alerting her with my Ki. Better to play it smart and remain suppressed. Can't show all my power just yet..."
The barrel of his ray gun pointed just right, his finger pulled the trigger firing a laser in a straight line, passing between buildings and alleys the laser would straight the elbow joint of the Majin girl. The laser which moved as fast as the photons it was made of would close the distance in an span of a nano second with the goal of severing the arm off but also alerting the majin of his position as he quickly holstered his ray gun.

His blue eyes fixated forth as he slowly shifted his legs on the soil a faint silver aura flowed out from his feat up across his body, raising his Power Level from 5 to 900, as he didn't want the majin to get a full scope of his current limits he'd use this as the testing point to see where this majin's battle hungry mind set was, With his current yet suppressed power it put him well over double of the child she was fighting as he dissipates his aura with a swift burst as his posture shifts, his left hand hugging his hip as the right extends forth preparing himself for the battle he invited upon himself with that shot. His boots digging into the soil he spoke to himself calmly,
"Can't risk going all out just yet. Need to scope out her capabilities. First thing is she can conjure some weird abnormal energy to convert someone or something into food, then there is Mimicry so using to many of my techniques may prove problematic. Then she can regenerate which makes using Gamma Blaster in its homing feat useless... So im stuck with martial arts and a full power gamma blaster. Tsk how problematic..."
His internal dialogue a few nano seconds of processing whilst he stood waiting for the majin to make her move, subtly detecting the child moving closer to the majin,
"Damn brat... Is he suicidal or just stupid?! Why didn't he just flee..."
His teeth gritted more with irritation as his muscles began tensing up, his supernatural agility, Durability, strength, and speed atested to his saiyan genetics coursing hot at the aspect of a battle and yet his face carried a serious expression yet upon his lips wasn't a scowl but a smirk that craves the thrill of the fight, his saiyan blood rushing with anticipation and delight. As he didn't enjoy the fight for the violence, no to him its a test of strength, to push his limits, a battle of wills, and a place where one can be their truest self...

One second passed.

Two.

"Huh...?" Liari growled, glancing this way and that. "Does he think I won't do it?" She cocked her head and looked at the woman in her grasp, the little human staring back with the most pitiful, pleading expression over her shoulder. She certainly believed it. Why didn't this guy?" Maybe he was just a coward and poking at her from the shadows was just about all the courage he was capable of conjuring. Maybe he just didn't care about humans that much and he was getting his jollies aggravating her as he was.

"You better hope that guy shows up soon." Liari said, almost conversationally to her captive. "It won't be pretty if I have to take this another step-"

BLAM!

Liari's arm severed at the elbow, the woman collapsing to the ground along with the fist that held her. Liari's head SNAPPED at an almost unnatural angle in the direction of the blast and, not a second later, she was already BLASTING in the vague direction of it's origin! She weaved through streets and alleys as if she were made of some kind of sonic-speed liquid, eyes wide, absorbing all the light they were capable, tracking the little smoke trail until it dwindled to merely a trace.... and then nothing.... A dead-end alley was where the trail grew cold. She jerked to a stop right before the wall, staring at the brick before her face with BARELY contained anger.

"...I think I hate this guy..." The Majin muttered, stomping her foot petulantly! All the while, her arm had fully regenerated. "What kind of coward opts for 'keep-away' when he could just 'slip-away?' He's gotta be trying to lead me somewhere. He's gotta, right...? RIGHT!? There's no way he's not... Not he can just-"

Suddenly, the Majin's head would snap in the direction of a new power, one growing EXPONENTIALLY from single to triple digits! Her target has made a mistake!

"GOTCHA!" Liari SHOT UP into the sky at her FULL, TERRIBLE SPEED, eyes snapping down upon the location of the signature she'd sensed! She would ROCKET down upon it, foot already raised up to STOMP down upon the man she now saw from above, hoping to grind her heel DOWN into his back for DARING to kite her around as he had!

Should he evade her, the ground below her foot would EXPLODE outward in a crater, blasting all around the Majin in a deep spherical dip of cracked stone and metal and dust, only the sanguine glow of her eyes visible through the cloud... until she marched out, that is.

Of course, if he was hit, he would be under her boot within the crater, the Majin glaring down at him, a hungry, eager smile stretched across her face.

Either way, Liari would smirk, pressing her fist into her palm as she cracked her knuckles.

"Well, well, well... Here we both are." She would say, her eyes glowing brighter in anticipation. "I gotta say, this is a first for me, someone pulling what you did. I can't tell if I should compliment you or KILL you." The venom in her voice was unmistakable... and yet, there was some measure of amusement behind it. "...But at least you finally came to your senses and decided to FIGHT me. Maybe you can make up for your cowardice by putting on a good show and-" She froze, narrowing her eyes at the man. She recognized his race...

"...Are you a Saiyan...? The coward that has been poking at me from hiding was a SAIYAN!?" She let out a DEEP belly laugh, her voice causing nearby glass panes to rattle in their sockets. "OH, SO MUCH FOR BEING A WARRIOR RACE, HUH!? WHAT A JOKE! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! OH! OH! I can't WAIT to tell the other ones about you, sneaky-boy, How a saiyan warrior was too scared to fight me head on! AHAHAHA!" It was then that she noticed the little device he had on his belt, something vaguely in the shape of a blaster. Her laughter petered off into a sneer. "Am I to assume that little gadget was how you were able to blast me...?" Liari asked, pointing at it. "Must be a powerful little thing if it can damage my body. You had no trouble showing that off..." She would then raise a hand, gesturing for the man to come at her. "...So why don't you show me what you can do WITHOUT it?"

...All the while, that severed arm had softened and began inching towards the pair of them, following the signature just as surely as Liari had...

After seeing the fight from the start til now; All the woman could really do was shake her head from the situation. While she was glad it gave her some entertainment and something else to do; it only left more questions on what the creature was and exactly where it came from. The boy from earlier had been out of the fight for a while but he was still alive, his energy signature was quite low but it wasn't dropping any further and remained steady which meant she didn't need to check on him. But now, things had continued to the outskirts of Satan City with the arrival of a new warrior. Khelani at first was hesitant to intervene since she didn't know these people and helping wasn't on her to do list. From the looks of it, that guy was also a saiyan which was an assumption from the tail similar to Lotren's. With that bit of information, she assumed the new guy and the smaller one had to have been brothers since he was so quick to jump in, or he was genuinely a nicer Saiyan than usual.

So it was there that Khelani made her decision to intervene; in almost an instant, she disappeared from her location to be right behind the Blue creature undetected. With no time wasted, the young girl would deliver 3 fast punches to the back of the creature's neck, thoracic, and lumbar; However when the attacks were thrown, Khelani infused her fists with her severance effect at last second to utilize minimal Ki. Should the attacks be successful, the majin will have 3 fist marks embedded in her back and be sent staggering forward. This will also leave room for her actual effect to kick in.
Khelani: Look, I don't know what the hell you are, but beating on a kid that clearly doesn't know any better is a bad look for you...
Mallory: Or whatever can be defined as worse with an appearance like hers.

With his defensive stance, the sudden shift in the air and the rapidly approach of the Blue creatures energy after following his trajectory then his slightly raised battle power, he could sense it air born coming from above him. As if trying to drive her legs into him, his legs instantly pushed off the ground, utilizing his supernatural speed he leaped back Thirty Feet further away from the city watching as the creature pulverized the leveled ground into a crater where the cracks spider webbed out and dust plumage that erupted around the creatures body only showing the faint glow of two red circular oculars. As the dust cleared and Eschal stood with some distance from the creature, he slowly pulled his right sleeve up before resuming his stance as she was in the middle of talking his ray gun resting on its biometric belt concealed by his tail which remained wrapped around his waist. With his stance retaken as she went on about him being a saiyan and where his warrior pride was he spoke with a confidence as his smirk remained on his face,
"Warrior race or not, As a Galactic Patrol Agent it is my duty to minimize the damage to civilizations, so drawing you out here was a necessity. As for my ray gun, its just standard issue. Earths Technology hasn't quite reached the Galactic Patrols, so It's understandable that you'd assume it is quite powerful."
But as he was saying this another individual made itself known, trying to land blows on the back of the creature though it wasn't decisive yet whether it landed or not, but that did not matter, Eschal knew by himself he stood no chance against a creature who maxed itself out at 7,500 Battle Power. And with him limiting himself to 900 BP, he pushed off his legs, using the minor distraction of the new person if the creature noticed her or not he lead a frontal assault, closing the 30 feet distance in an instant due to his supernatural agility and speed, moving at such super sonic speeds was nothing to him, his body rapidly spinning in the air as he shot his left elbow out towards the Majin's central facial structure. With a moment before impact would be possible he suddenly boosted his Battle Power for acceleration and power from 900 to 1,300.

Using his advanced ki control this would prove to be a better choice than randomly firing off kiai's or ki blasts, sticking to martial arts his fighting technique was called Vortex Crusher. The purpose of this elbow strike was to knock the majin is she hadn't noticed the female who had appeared yet straight into the females attack.
"You wanted to know if I could fight without my ray gun, I can..."
He said whether his Vortex crusher was successful of landing or not.

Despite her cockiness, after what this Saiyan had put her through, Liari was taking a little bit more attention regarding her surroundings. There was no TELLING how many more shots that man had taken at her that were still incoming. One might smack her from behind the moment things started to get good! So, keeping her peripheral senses alert, the Majin would engage with her prey in some banter, the man, disappointingly, ignoring her taunts and revealing that he aligned with omni-local law enforcement.

"What, you're a space-cop?" Liari asked, crossing her arms and cocking her head. "...Honestly, that kinda explains things a bit now. Soft enough to join the police..." She tilted her head one way. "...Too scared for your pension to come at me like a man..." She tilted her head the other way. She would then raise an eyebrow as the man remarked how his weapon, which the Majin acknowledged a moment ago, was simply standard issue, that this planet was simply too backwater to know it from anything special.

"...That so, space-man?" Liari mused... Suddenly, with a twitch of her finger, the gun would TUG from Eschal's belt, flying to the Majin's hand as her her telekinesis bid. If she had managed to snatch it, Liari would tilt it this way and that in her grip, casually looking it over like a curious collector. In truth, she had no idea if this was special compared to Earth arms or not. It could've been god's fist itself and she wouldn't know it... And yet, it punched a hole in her anyway. That was reason enough to keep it nearby.

It was JUST THEN that she sensed something behind her. A movement, as quick and quiet as a ninja and as fast as a speeding arrow, SHOT towards her, on the attack! Smirking, Liari would aim her newly acquired pistol (or, if unsuccessful, her finger) over her shoulder in the direction of the attacker, firing a BLAST right at their face!

If they made it through, either by dodging it or taking it head-on, Liari's upper body would shift unnaturally to the right, the stranger's fist flying harmlessly past her face at roughly neck-level. Without even looking, Liari's body, once again, would bend unnaturally around the fist aimed at her back from it's already unnaturally placed position, giving her a ridiculous squiggle-like posture. The third, a blow just north of her TAILBONE was enough to get the Majin to move, Liari's hand snapping back behind her and slapping away the fist before it could truly connect.

"Tsk, Tsk, Tsk." Liari would grunt, wagging a finger chastisingly at the stranger. "Not there. Bad-touch." She would say, her body warping back into shape. Turning to see who it was, Liari was pleasantly surprised to see it was a human girl! Liari looked at her with an amused snort.

"What, they MAKE those now?" Liari asked, gesturing a hand in her direction. "Humans that can actually fight? What, did they just get tired of being stepped on or something?" Liari then smiled. "Good for them! ...Although, that cowardly little attempt to do what this chump had been doing..." She gestures over at Eschal with her thumb. "...Wasn't YOUR finest look either. Seriously, it's kinda an insult to Saiyans AND Humans that you two think alike."

With her senses still open, Liari felt Eschal's power jump again by over a third. She glanced lazily over in his direction, only to see him SPINNING AT HER LIKE A SIDEWAYS TOP! She pursed her lips in approval before raising a forearm in time for the man's elbow to CRASH into it, his blow coming to a dead-halt before her cheek! His attack might've been stopped... but not his one-liner.

"Yes, Yes, that was a nice little ballarina twirl." Liari complimented placatingly. "You must be quite entertaining on the beat. A real THIGH-SLAPPER." She would then suddenly raise a foot and STOP into the ground. Tunneling blow, her foot would SHOOT UP just under Khelani's jaw from the earth! At the same time, her free hand (if she had stolen his gun) would shoot up and attempt to SMACK Escahal so hard that he'd be sent reeling back!

Rutaba rose shakily onto his feet, legs steadier than before. The short rest on the cool stone floor had done more good than he expected. His breathing came easier now, no longer desperate gasps, and the sharp stabbing pain in his ribs and lungs had faded into a dull, manageable ache. His messy blue ki hummed with renewed energy around him, orange-red sparks crackling brighter and more steadily than they had in a long time. He rolled his shoulders, feeling the burns on his chest and arms still sting but no longer threatening to overwhelm him. A determined growl escaped his throat as he staggered toward the open doors, his tail swishing behind him with fresh life.

He spotted his Savage Staff lying in the grass just outside the courtyard. With a burst of renewed strength he limped over quickly, bent down, and snatched it up. The familiar red pole felt solid and comforting in his small hands, like an old friend ready to fight beside him. He slung it across his back, the staff resting diagonally over his shoulder so he could grab it in an instant if things got dangerous. A small, fierce grin tugged at his lips — he was starting to feel like himself again.

Now feeling much better, Rutaba turned his gaze toward the direction of the loud roaring. Liari’s black-and-pink aura lit up the distant sky like a violent storm, and he could hear her furious voice carrying on the wind along with the sounds of clashes and screams. He couldn’t make out exactly what was happening yet, but he knew a big fight was going on at the outskirts of Satan City. His chest tightened with a mix of anger and excitement. Innocent people were still in danger, and he wasn’t about to hide forever.

“I’m coming…” he muttered, his voice gaining real strength this time. “I won’t let her hurt anyone… I’ll get stronger right now!”

With a powerful kick off the ground, he launched into the air. His messy blue ki flared brighter around his small frame, orange-red sparks crackling with more energy and confidence than before. He flew straight toward the outskirts of Satan City, low but steady, the wind rushing past his face and whipping through his spiky hair. The pain in his burns and bruises was still there, but it felt distant now — pushed far into the background by the fresh stamina flowing through his body. Every beat of his flight made him feel more alive, more ready.

He landed behind a cluster of boulders and mild trees at the very edge of the open fields, crouching low to stay out of sight while getting a perfect clear view of the battle. His heart pounded with determination as he watched Liari roaring in the middle of the cracked earth, her silver eyes flashing with annoyance. The fast guy blurred with unbelievable speed, vanishing and reappearing in bursts that were impossible to follow, while the quick girl darted in from behind with fast, sharp punches. The tension in the air was thick, every clash sending tremors across the ground and making the mild trees sway.

Rutaba gripped the Savage Staff tighter across his back, his small body buzzing with energy. He could feel his stamina continuing to build, his ki humming stronger, ready for when the moment was right. He wasn’t going to jump in blindly — not yet — but he wasn’t going to sit back forever either. The sounds of battle echoed across the open fields, pulling at the stubborn fire inside him.

And deep down, a single fierce thought burned brighter than anything else:

This wasn’t over.

Not by a long shot.

When she was in the action of her punch, she moved her head slightly to avoid the shot from the Majin creature she was in the process of attacking. However, there was one thing that caught her off guard a bit; Khelani had been in many fights with plenty of different creatures, but this was the first time she seen one avoid her attacks in such a ridiculous way. Her facial expression said it all; it a mix of pure confusion, digust, and shock all at the same time. Though, once she felt the Majin make contact with her hand in order to slap it away is when everything changed as her hand was covered in her Ki. The trap had been set and the moment of impact allowed Khelani's ki to flow into the body & energy structure of the Majin and begin rapidly spreading through her body.
Merry (Mind): Wow, that still worked out!
Mallory (Mind): Damn thing was too cocky, this is going to be fun to watch.

As the creature moves around, the ki will spread faster and faster, with the only sign being a slight numbness as her ki courses through the Majin like a toxin. With the situation going on, everything was going perfectly. While she listened to what the majin was saying until she mentioned the "insult of both saiyans and humans" which just caused her to let out a low chuckle and crack her index finger with her thumb.
Khelani: Hm, not quite.

With that, Khelani had triggered her attack which she uses to overpower physically stronger opponents; As such, if things went according to plan; the Majins body will have instead found herself moving an entirely differently limb than the one she intended when trying to stop Eschal from his attack on her, meaning his attack will go on to be successful. However, should her plan not work; Khelani would be thrown off by the stretching foot of the blue creature tunneling into the ground and just barely evade the kick once her foot comes shooting up at her from the ground below while also release a ball of flash Ki directly in the face of the Majin to completely disorient her senses with blinding flash of light.

As he avoided her first blow by the majin's drop in, he watched her hand stick out yet his ray gun would not leave his belt due to the biometrics lock on the belt that requires eschal to consciously release it. But with the mild pull it accelerated him as she hadn't let off on trying to snatch his ray gun letting Eschals rush attack to be accelerated even faster, with his sudden Burst Power up, he was unable to continue with his vortex Crusher, as he moved much faster than he is accustom too largely due to the Majin's Full power being added to his acceleration due to the Telekinesis, his head would find itself slamming straight into the forehead of the Majin's head whilst she was trying to prioritize grabbing his ray gun unaware the biometric belt was part of his galactic patrol suit. That lapse in attention and due to her direct influence in his rapid increase of speed by her own power at full strength caused him to land a direct full head butt as the moment his head and her's parted he immediately grabbed his head
"God damnit... That didn't work..."
And though as the Majin went on likely unfazed by the headbutt about how the two were disappointing both saiyans and humans, where the human would fire a flash bang ki effect should her first set of blows not take hold, if disoriented Eschal would swiftly swipe his right hand across the air directed towards the legs of the majin, utilizing his Ki effect Cutting on top of a Kiai, a shockwave produced by Ki, he created an invisible cutting air current that against normal biological creatures would leave cuts, but for something made of basically gummy bears and bubble gum it would result in her legs being cleanly severed. Using this method he'd also use the shockwave to propel himself back as he flipped back to his feet pushing off the ground with his hands as he quickly pushed off his legs again should his kiai be successful as sensing him using the ki was possible but sensing the kiai wasn't as it was the friction of ki to the air space creating a shockwave though this did not mean it was undodgeable. Eschal lunged forward, this time with his normal acceleration he'd once more only once he got CLOSE ENOUGH where he was about to make impact, Around his body erupted a Prismatic silver Ki, This was Eschals Rebellion Spear technique, a rush attack where he charges his appoint head on. With the hopes the majin is disoriented by the flash bang ki effect of the human, Just as he's about to make contact his Powerlevel which would have naturally returned to 900, would shoot up to 1,700 due to Burst Power Up, for the brief impact to increase speed, and damage. If successful, this would propel the Majin across the open field into a pile of Rock pillar formations crumbling them around her as he'd perfectly land to the left of the human.

Wait, what?

Liari furrowed her brow as, in the effort to grab his blaster-thingy, she had somehow taken the man's WHOLE BELT with it... and the REST OF HIM! The damn thing just wouldn't come OFF by itself! He flew in, as haphazard as a piece of plastic in the wind, SLAMMING his forehead into hers! The Majin had barely even acknowledged that little mishap, already reaching down and tugging at his belt. Her expression grew more frustrated and irate that, with every tug, she seemed to make no progress in removing it!

"...What the..." She grunted, annoyed. "Is this welded to your hips or something...?"

Having shaken off his disorientation, the man would attempt to CUT Liari in half with a gesture of his hand, the Majin simply catching it at the start of it's swing without even looking! In fact, she was still staring at his belt, looking for some kind of locking mechanism! A padlock, a button, SOMETHING OBVIOUS she could find that implied a release! She wanted that gun... SHE WANTED IT AND IT WASN'T... COMING.... LOOOOOOOOOOSE!

Meanwhile, Khelani would do her little appearance and attack, the Majin feeling an odd tingling sensation that began at her palm as she slapped away a punch. It was like she had fallen asleep on it or something... and it had begun to spread from it's point of origin. Paying it no mind, there were guns to nab, after all, Liari would seemingly ignore the human at her back and continued fiddling with Eschal's belt! As one hand held onto the thing, the other turned into pliers... then a screw-driver... the a GIANT PAIR OF SCISSORS and NONE OF IT was making a dent in the damn belt! HOW!? WHAT WAS IT MADE OF!?

"RRRGH!" Liari rumbled, attempting to transform her hand again! ...It twitched... Liari glanced in it's direction. She had intended to make a drill... it had turned into a balloon-animal of a dog instead. Already irritated, the Majin huffed, attempting to transform it again. AGAIN, a drill was intended, only for the hand to glitch and jerk like a TV-screen with poor reception! It then shifted into what looked like the blade-end of a sword. It was then that the Majin noticed the tingliness, it having crept up to her wrist now. It was that stupid human that had done that to her! Glancing in her direction, the girl was hurling some kind of energy sphere in her direction. AT THE SAME TIME, Eschal, likely not at all happy at being jerked around and fiddle with, would hop away, CHARGING at Liari in a full-force! The flash of light would encompass all three and when Eschal rushed through... he would hit nothing.

...In fact, he would charge right at Khelani instead because Liari was no longer there!

Instead, she hovered just above them, the Majin grabbing hold of her bad arm at the shoulder and ripping it off, seemingly without any concern or pain! She would then hurl it down to BONK Khelani in the head like a boomarang, a fresh one sprouting from the stump almost immediately.

"These two are such a pain..."
Liari muttered, leveling both her hands down at them. "Stupid belt... Stupid tingly energy... HAAAA!" Suddenly, Liari would let out a massive pulse of invisible energy, a KAIAI that was meant to FLATTEN both Khelani and Eschal against the ground. She would then descend sharply, landing right in front of Khelani, a very familiar energy ball held up to the human's face.

BANG!

A flash-bang would go off RIGHT in front of her eyes! Liari would then JUMP over to Eschal, lifting him up by his shirt, PITCHING HIM UP over her shoulder like a javlin and would HURL HIM up into the sky SIMPLY because his stupid belt was getting on her nerves!

Rutaba crouched low behind the cluster of boulders and mild trees at the edge of the open fields, his small body buzzing with fresh energy after the short rest. His messy blue ki hummed stronger around him, orange-red sparks crackling brighter than before. The pain in his burns and bruises had dulled into a distant ache, and his arms and legs no longer felt so heavy. He gripped the Savage Staff tighter across his back, eyes wide and shining as he watched the fight unfold just ahead in the cracked earth. For the first time since getting knocked down, he felt like he could actually move without everything hurting so bad. His heart was still racing, but now it was with excitement instead of just fear.

Suddenly, Rutaba’s eyes went huge. He saw Liari grab the fast guy by the shirt and hurl him high into the sky like he was nothing but a toy! The man went flying upward with a shout, spinning helplessly through the air as Liari laughed below, her silver eyes flashing with mean glee.

“Hey! Leave him alone!” Rutaba shouted at the top of his lungs, his childish voice cracking with real anger and worry. “You big bully! You can’t just throw people like that! That’s not fair! I won’t let you hurt anyone!”

Without a second thought, the little Saiyan burst out from behind the boulders. His tail lashed wildly with excitement as he kicked off the ground hard. His messy blue ki flared bright around his small frame, orange-red sparks exploding like fireworks as he shot upward like a rocket, the wind rushing past his face and whipping through his spiky black hair. The air felt cool and sharp against his skin, and for a moment all the aches from earlier seemed to fade even more as the thrill of the fight took over.

“I gotcha!” he yelled, arms outstretched wide, voice full of fierce protectiveness. “Don’t worry, mister! I won’t let her throw you again! You’re safe now! I’m here to help!”

He flew fast and caught the mysterious guy in mid-air with both hands, grunting from the impact but holding on tight with all his renewed strength. His small body spun once in the air before he steadied himself, hovering safely with the man in his arms. His heart was pounding so hard he could feel it in his ears, but it wasn’t fear — it was pure Saiyan excitement mixed with the burning need to protect. The guy felt heavy in his grip, but Rutaba’s arms didn’t shake anymore. The rest had really helped.

He felt ready.

“You okay, mister?” Rutaba asked breathlessly, grinning wide with his sharp little fangs showing. His voice was high and determined, eyes shining with tears of anger and resolve. “That blue lady is really mean! She hurt a lot of people and she threw you like you were nothing! But I’m here now! We can fight her together!

He gently lowered the guy toward the ground, his feet touching down lightly on the cracked earth while keeping his fierce, teary eyes locked on Liari. His ki crackled louder around him, blue ki edged with wild orange-red sparks dancing across his small frame. The Savage Staff remained slung across his back, ready to be grabbed at any moment. His small fists clenched tight as he planted his feet wide, tail swishing behind him like a battle flag. The ground felt solid under his shoes, and the open fields stretched out around them, making everything feel bigger and more important.

Rutaba took a deep breath, feeling the fresh power surging through his body, and let out a loud, excited roar that echoed across the open fields. “Come on! Let’s do this! I’m a Saiyan and I never back down from a good fight! I’ll show you how tough I can get! You won’t hurt anyone else while I’m here!”

His eyes burned with that unbreakable Saiyan spirit — the same fire that turned every beating into fuel for getting stronger. He could feel it building inside him, hot and bright, pushing him forward no matter what. The fight was calling, and Rutaba was ready to answer with everything he had.

And right now, that fire was blazing hotter than ever.

Many things happened within the span of those few moments between Khelani, Eschal, and the Majin menace. Khelani's plan had been a success which let her know the Majin could be defeated if one were to stop her from using her body correctly. Even though her ability had spread enough to temporarily force the majin to misuse her own body; the brief contact didn't allow the ability to work correctly which is why the effect ended so fast and why only there were only minor difficulties for her control instead of major ones as intended. Even so, that little bit of information was all Khelani needed to work with. Her next attack had also worked out perfectly with her flash bang ki effect being shot directly in the face of the blue creature; Ultimately meaning all of her senses are disoriented on top of being blinded and temporarily stunned. This meant that the attack on her from Eschal will have successfully landed if he didn't get effected by the flashbang as well.

In the same moments, Khelani went back on the attack to team up utilizing her unique ki type which seemed to be the most useful without so far. As such, she will take the time the Majin is stunned to do a flurry of 15 blows on her entire torso, constantly flooding her body with a good amount of the severence Ki and triggering them on impact so they stack and deal more damage to her internal energy structure and rewriting her bodily functions like before, but as the way they were intended to be.

The moment that the majin reached for his belt to take hold of it, Eschals eyes tracking her movements as she wasn't moving faster than he could perceive, as such he'd utilize Wild Sense viewing her grabbing his belt as a form of attack and possible later attacks, he'd instantly create an after image which her hand phased through. Reappearing One and Fifty feet further away from Satan City, and deeper into the outskirts, just as the Human's Flash bang went off with the Majin looking directly into it, with Eschal a safe distance from its radius, the disorientation was inevitable and unavoidable as the Majin creature made the gravest error of looking into it. And with the Galactic Patrols database that is shared with the Time Patrollers who operate outside the Known universe, That even majins are susceptible to Flash Bang effects. As a result with his safe distance and positioning where he'd be out of the range of the flash bang that likely last around 4.85 seconds of stunning effect giving Eschal the opportunity he needed, his right hand which swiftly swiped its index and middle finger through the air releasing a Kiai, a shockwave with the ki effect Heavy Pressure. The crescent shaped kiai or shockwave produced by ki would instantly close the vat distance in 2.4 seconds where it would slam into the blinded Majin though initially it does no damage due to the Ki effect that produced it. Rather Heavy Pressure was forced upon the majin's body decreasing the targets speed by half (But not reaction time) as a heavy pressure is put on the body. As such giving the human female a better opportunity to try and prolong her follow up attack.

But as Eschal reposition his posture letting his Power Level from the Burst power up drop back down to 900, The small Child that was badly beaten by the Blue Majin creature made himself known landing beside Eschal, hearing this child speak with a child like logic caused a smirk to form on Eschal's lips while he was in his battle stance,
"Huh. Kid you got spunk, but your definitely outclassed here. Even with my power suppressed I'm well over 3x your speed and strength. Though I do admire that spirit of yours kid. Whats your name?"
His eyes not once leaving the battle as the human unleashed a flurry of fifteen blows across the Majin's body while she was disoriented by the flash bang ki effect. Though what was transpiring was an enigma as even Eschal and the entire galactic patrol database has never seen such Ki effect being flooded with each hit into the majin, Eschal began releasing some of his suppressed power. A guttering Wrah, escaping his lips as his prismatic silver ki flooded around him during the last 1 second of the flash bangs disorientation (Which the 4. 85 seconds comes from Dragon Ball Breakers, which is a sub install to Xenoverse which is directly connected to heroes, which by Toriyama's words is canon as a altered timeline. Which the Roleplay utilizes time patrollers.) His Battle Power which was suppressed at 900 had unleashed to 2,000 his max power as the very ground around him trembled and cracked as his Saiyan Soul amplifying his physical and energy attacks by drawing on his latent potential at the same time, due to having fought with a suppressed power his Saiyan Power would trigger allowing Eschal to begin the adaptation to the Majin creatures strange body movements and speed.
"If you really plan on fighting kid... Then better not hold back. And better Time attacks with me and the human. Or else... You'll Die."
He said as a warning before the final nano second passed ending the flash bangs disorientation which ultimately would free the majin from the flash ki effect. Though Eschal learned two things during his The Telekinesis Technique is entirely based on line of sight though has no definite range, and that the Majin is quite durable. This noted Eschals left foot instantly kicked a smokescreen around himself and the child, Creating a veil of dust to conceal them from the likes of telekinesis as Eschals aura faded away whilst keeping his battle power at max, he knew that the only one with aura active was the child who stood next to him but that didn't mean he himself could be seen in the smokescreen, only that the small glow of energy was the childs.

...Or at least that's what she THOUGHT would happen. Perhaps Liari hadn't been paying enough attention to her opponents or perhaps she was simply too occupied with that fancy little belt. Either way, the Majin did not react fast enough to to flash-bang going off in her peripheral vision. Everything went WHITE... then BLACK, a strange sense of vertigo washing over her from the abyss. Sounds were muffled too, warped as if underwater, distance dull and uncertain... For a fraction of a moment, the Majin couldn't tell if her eyes were still open, every other sensation, or in the case of her eyes and ears: lack-there-of.

Then came the pain.

Liari... wasn't exactly unaccustomed to it. Every so often there would be someone strong enough to overpower her, land some significant blows here or there... but those were usually both fleeting in frequency and lasting impact. THIS, though... This was different. Burning... Deep. It was like trying to find where everything was in a truly opaque blackness with cotton in your ears and pepper-spray in your sockets. Liari hissed a non-comprehensible protest, burying her face in the crook of her elbow. Wet.... tears...? Too runny for blood. Not sticky enough. At least there was that. It was always the eyes that gave her trouble regenerating, something about them made it slow-going relative to anything else. Hurt too much, perhaps, like dabbing a gaping wound with alcohol... or maybe it was like a complex puzzle: always difficult to put the right pieces in the right place.

"Kais blast it...!" Liari roared, anger FLARING with pain, her energy surging to it's MAXIMUM of 7,500. "WHAT DID YOU DO!?" She flailed an arm behind her wildly, not an ounce of precision... but all the speed and power behind it to be deadly. If Khelani avoided it, it would be a harmless gesture of a flailing monster. If it connected... well, t'would be a good good thing Liari couldn't see at the moment. It would've been a mess unsightly enough for even she. "YOU LITTLE RUNT... WHAT-" A harsh vibration ran over the Majin as an invisble wave of POWER wash over her like a thick, heavy wave of sludge forcing her back a step! And, like sludge, it's impact didn't account for much, an inconvenience, really, but when she tried to move, raise a hand to swipe the force away... she felt something pulling at her, slowing her down. Invisible, intangible, but external. Couldn't fight it...

Senses... She needed them back... NOW! Hearing flooded her ears once more, her eyes, blood-shot and glowing a sinister red peeked open...

*thud!*
*thud!*
*thud!*

Quick, ki-charged strikes slammed into the Majin's stomach and chest in quick succession, exploiting the slowness brought upon her by Eschal's blast! The impacts weren't much, not even painful... but Liari could feel that with each teeny indention left behind, that weird, alien tingliness started to wash over her, spreading much faster this time, amplified by consecutive blows landing. A puff of frustrated steam BLASTED out of the holes lining the Majin's arm, her face contorted in a snarl as she leveled a finger at the human's forehead. She was still striking, 10 strikes in now, the tingliness reaching up under her chin and up her shoulders. Energy crackled at the tip of the Majin's finger, forming into a small energy sphere densely packed with power!

11 strikes.
12 strikes.

"Not enough time...!" Liari grunted before...

*POOF!*

With the sound of a confetti-popper going off, Liari's head would EJECT from the neck, flying up into the sky with it's full speed of 7,500, stopping WELL AND FAR ABOVE 20 meters above the battlefield! She had escaped the tingliness by a hair... BARELY A SECOND LATER and all 15 blows would have connected and fully tingly would she have been! As her head flew up and her vision began to fully clear... she spotted beside Eschal-

"Wait... Is that the squirt..!?" Liari said, eyes now WIDE with disbelief. Her body had already begun reforming itself and, in a matter of moments, the Majin would have fully reconstituded, her old body collpasing onto the ground harmlessly, already melting away into amorphous tingly goop after the 15th strike. "I beat you to a pulp, kid! Why are you even HERE right now?" Eschal seemed to agree, commenting that, even though the mind was willing, the flesh was weak. If he made another wrong move here, he might very well die.

"Don't speak for me, police-man." Liari grunted, wiping way what remained of the tears from her face with one hand while pointing at him with another. "That kid has guts. I might NOT kill him. I'm kinda curious what he'll turn into if I don't."

...And like that, Eschal would lightly kick at the ground before him, sweeping up a cloud of dust between himself and the kid... and Liari. She rolled her eyes. With a gesture, she would send a light kai-ai across the distance at 1500 PL in half a second, blowing the dust away almost as soon as the cloud fully manifested. If Eschal and Rutaba were still there, they'd be revealed! If not, then... an empty space would be revealed instead.

"Really? A smokescreen?" Liari sighed, clearly disappointed with the man's rougish tactics. "Can't you just throw a punch like this girl was...? You know... Show some character? C'mon... The HUMAN and the CHILD are bolder than you, Saiyan!" Her voice came out more as a protest than anything resembling a demand... but, ultimately, she would HAVE to turn her attention back to Khelani. If she hadn't made a follow-up to her attack after the Majin's escape, Liari would slowly lower herself down a few meters from the human, arm's crossed... and senses VERY MUCH attuned. She hadn't forgotten Eschal and all.

"I must say, that little tingly-fist thing you were doing is impressive." The Majin would note, extending a hand and covering it in energy in a vague approximation of what she had witnessed. Perhaps not a perfect copy, didn't quite have the tingle to it the human had, but by all appearances to the uninitiated, one might be able to assume it did. The Majin's power settled somewhere around 5,000 now that she had relaxed.

"...Its quite a clever trick. What's it called? What's it do?"

14 year old Inugami.png

Inugami was bored out of his mind after doing a task of sinking a pirate derelict ship carrying precious cargo, which he gladly took a bit before rounding up the bunch, turning them over to authorities, before keeping some in his pocket, unsure what to do with it. He sat on a tree branch just thinking, not with all the chaos going on in the distance and the many ki signatures that were congregating in the outskirts of Satan City, the constant flash and bangs that shook the place, prompting him to get up, but bury his gold and jewels near the tree he was sitting at before taking off towards, his orange ki flaring like a young ember as he fllew closer to the battle at hand, seeing a little boy with a tail, two other older individuals, a girl and a guy fighting a blue creature. Witnessing the older guy evade the grasp of the creature in record time, the fastest reaction he has witnessed someone move then threw a flashbang that disoriented her, and then was hit by some pressure technique this man in the odd outfit used. He focuses on the guy speaking to the boy near him, the kid looked bruised up and battered from his viewpoint, so he opted to go over and check on the kid as the other girl was landing blows on the blue creature which the more he got closer, looked more-so like a girl, a blue skinned one with a antenna on her head, holes on her body and seemed very angery "Hey, you two? you guys okay?" he asks, yet when he get over to them, the older male kicked up smoke screen that obscured his vision but can hear what is going on but was then blown away, he then looks over to wher the blue girl was but saw a mass of melted goo on the ground but heard her voice coming from above "The hell?!" he looked at her with wonder and worry as he witness her look and sound unimpressed with the tactic. Acting quickly, he flew up to her level, his aura glowing like the sunset. "Mind if i join the fight?" he asks, challenging the girl despite sensing a power higher than his own, making him slightly sweat with dread.

Rutaba landed beside the fast guy with a soft thud, his small feet kicking up a bit of dust as his tail flicked behind him excitedly. He was still breathing a little hard from the flight and the catch, but the short rest had helped a ton — his legs felt way steadier, his ki hummed warmer inside him, and the worst of the pain had turned into just a dull throb instead of that sharp, mean fire. He looked up at the fast guy with big, wide eyes, tilting his head like a confused puppy when he heard the word “outclassed.” His cheeks puffed out in a pout as he scratched the side of his head with one finger.

“Out… class… ed?” Rutaba repeated slowly, sounding the word out like it was some weird new food he wasn’t sure he liked. “What’s that mean? Like… I’m not in the same class as you at school or something? But we’re not even in school! That’s silly!” He let out a big, goofy laugh, his sharp little fangs showing as he bounced on his toes. “I know you’re three times faster or stronger or whatever! I got knocked down before but I got right back up! My name is Rutaba and I’m gonna be the strongest Saiyan kid ever so I can protect everybody! Saiyans don’t die easy — we just get tougher!”

He paused for a second, still grinning, then tilted his head the other way and asked with pure curiosity, “What’s your name, mister? You’re really fast! Are you a super strong fighter too?” Before the guy could even answer, Rutaba bounced on his toes again and added quickly, “And what’s your plan? How are we gonna beat the mean blue lady together?”

He turned his head sharply when Liari’s surprised shout cut through the air, her eyes going wide at the sight of him standing there again. That look on her face made something hot and angry flare up in Rutaba’s chest, mixed with a wild burst of excitement that made his tail lash back and forth like crazy. He stepped forward a little, planting his feet wide, his small body buzzing with fresh energy as his blue ki flickered brighter around him with lively orange-red sparks popping like tiny fireworks.

“I’m here ‘cause you were being super mean!” Rutaba yelled at the mean blue lady, his voice cracking with a mix of real anger and that pure kid excitement, pointing one small finger right at her like he was scolding a naughty pet. “You beat me up and that’s not nice at all! I rested a little and now I feel way better, so I came back! I’m not running away anymore! I’m gonna fight you again and get even stronger so I can protect everyone — you just watch!”

Just then, another orange ki flare caught Rutaba’s eye. A new guy with a cool aura like a sunset flew in close, looking at them with a mix of wonder and worry. Rutaba’s eyes lit up even more, his tail swishing faster as he bounced on his toes.

“Hey, you two? You guys okay?” the new guy had called out.

Rutaba grinned super wide, showing all his little fangs, and waved one arm excitedly. “Yeah! I’m okay now! I rested and I feel way better! Who are you? You look strong too! Are you here to help beat the mean blue lady? She’s really tough but we can all fight her together! Come on, let’s do it!”

He puffed out his chest as big as he could, gripping the Savage Staff tighter across his back while flashing a big, determined grin even though his burns still ached a tiny bit. His heart was pounding super fast — part of him was still a little scared from getting beat up earlier, but mostly he was super happy to be back in the fight with real strong people. He glanced sideways at the fast guy, the quick girl, and now the new sunset-aura guy, then back at Liari, bouncing lightly on his toes like he couldn’t hold still.

“So come on! Let’s keep fighting!” Rutaba shouted, his voice loud and bouncy, full of that wild Saiyan energy. “I won’t hold back this time — I promise! I’ll hit harder and faster and show you how tough a real Saiyan kid can be! You’re gonna say ‘next time’ when I win!”

His eyes burned with that unbreakable Saiyan spirit — the same fire that turned every beating into fuel for getting stronger. He could feel his stamina still building inside him, making his ki hum louder and his punches feel ready to fly. The little Saiyan took one more deep breath, tail swishing like a battle flag, and let out a loud, excited roar that echoed across the open fields.

This fight was just getting started, and Rutaba was going to make it the best one ever. No matter what it took — with new friends or not!

Khelani was glad to see how her ki effects were useful not only to her but to the other guy helping her fight the blue creature; Though she did feel a cold sweat wash over her once the creature powered up and got angry from being blinded. For the first time, she felt a small hint of fear. Once the Majin swing back at her, she was able to avoid a direct hit; But the knuckle of the creature grazed against her cheek right under her left eye and to the middle of her nose, effectively cutting open her skin as blood splattered from her newly acquired cut. That made her realize just how big the power gap between them were; even though Khelani had her signature technique to aid her against the Majin, she definitely still needed to be careful or she'd die. That's the moment she locked in and continued on with her severance onslaught combo against the creature. However, when she was almost done with her combo, something strange happened that completely caught here off guard. Just as the 12th strike happened, the head of the blue being exploded from her body into the air and the body she was attacking fell to the floor in a pile of goop.
Mallory (Mind): DAMN, ALL THAT POWERING UP FOR WHAT?!
Khelani (Mind): Did I do that?
Merry (Mind): Oh FUCK!! That was awesome!

She didn't know what had happened and thought maybe things were over until she heard the voice from above; the creature was still alive; head reattached to an entirely new body. On top of that, the child who was nearly dead was suddenly back up and ready to fight. She HAD to be hallucinating everything going on. The entire time all she could do was try her best to process what just happened. Though, while she was still processing the information, the creature had lowered herself back down in front of her with her arms folded as if nothing happened to begin with.

Mallory (Mind): Um... EXCUSE ME?!
Merry (Mind): What the fuck!?!?
Khelani (Mind): There's no way.... I'm about to die.
Khelani: Yea.. thanks for that. As for what it's called or how it works, I don't think it really matters. It didn't work. Just what are you anyway?
