Long ago, Retto found himself tangled in a dispute between two destroyers; Phantom and Brandy, after a reckless wager over a trivial mortal skirmish spiraled into a full-scale arguement. Unlike Rumy, who he immediately suspected of instigating the chaos for entertainment, Retto questioned the reason behind the conflict itself. To him, the idea that a simple misunderstanding between a warrior and a merchant could escalate into a planet-shattering feud was absurd… unless someone had nudged events toward disaster. Retto confronted Rumy during the fight, asking whether she had subtly influenced the incident or perhaps quietly encouraged the bet to alleviate her boredom. Rumy didn’t deny it outright. Retto, however, had little patience for the theatrics of destroyers, let alone the destructive tantrums of gods with too much power and too little discipline. When Phantom and Brandy’s threats to each other got out of hand, Retto and Rumy stepped in. Working in rare sibling unison, they layered a sealing spell strong enough to silence the two raging destroyers, literally. The pair magically bound Phantom and Brandy’s mouths shut, cutting off their overblown monologues and ending the arguement in the most humiliating way possible. Yet despite his calmer nature, Retto is not indifferent. He has begun quietly gathering fighters of his own for Brandy to prevent the coming tournament from spiraling into another pointless war. His motivations remain hidden even from his siblings; some say Retto seeks balance among the gods, others believe he is preparing for a conflict far greater than Phantom and Brandy's egos.
