Scalli

"You mistake speed for superiority. By the time you realize you've lost, your body will already be reacting to a future I calculated several moments ago."
"The universe becomes much quieter when you stop speaking simply to fill silence. Most people fear silence because it forces them to think."
"Wait... was your name Loben? Trotren? ...No, no— don't tell me. If you're strong enough to survive this fight, I'll eventually remember it."

Personality:
Scalli is regarded across the multiverse as more than a mere assassin, he is an unavoidable phenomenon, a name whispered in fear by tyrants, gods, crime syndicates, and even seasoned warriors who have survived universal wars. Unlike killers driven by bloodlust or ego, Scalli operates with terrifying emotional detachment, treating assassination as a perfected science rather than an act of violence. Every movement he makes is deliberate, every word measured, every action calculated several outcomes ahead before it is even performed. He rarely raises his voice, rarely displays visible anger, and almost never wastes unnecessary energy during battle or conversation. To Scalli, combat is mathematics; an opponent’s breathing pattern, stance shifts, heartbeat fluctuations, and emotional instability are all variables to be dissected and exploited with surgical precision. He studies people faster than they can understand themselves, often predicting actions long before they occur, making encounters with him feel less like fighting a person and more like being hunted by inevitability itself.

Despite his overwhelmingly cold demeanor, Scalli possesses a dry, almost unintentional form of humor that emerges through his complete indifference toward those he deems insignificant. One of his most infamous habits is his inability or perhaps refusal to remember the names of weaker individuals. He will casually misname opponents moments before defeating them, refer to allies by vague descriptions instead of their actual identities, or pause mid-conversation trying to recall someone he met mere minutes earlier. To Scalli, only those capable of threatening him or altering the flow of battle leave a lasting impression worthy of memory. This often creates unintentionally comedic moments where he may accurately recall the exact combat statistics, Ki frequency, and fighting habits of an individual, yet still completely forget their actual name. In his mind, strength defines relevance, and irrelevance is quickly discarded.

Socially, Scalli is distant, observant, and unnervingly difficult to read. He speaks with calm confidence even in life-threatening situations, maintaining composure that borders on inhuman. Fear does not influence him, intimidation does not provoke him, and emotional manipulation rarely succeeds against him due to his deeply analytical nature. However, beneath the icy exterior lies a man obsessed with perfection and efficiency, someone who genuinely believes emotions cloud judgment and that attachment is the greatest weakness a warrior can possess. This mindset makes him terrifyingly efficient as an assassin, as Scalli is fully willing to eliminate targets without hesitation regardless of status, morality, or personal history. Yet at the same time, his quiet sarcasm, accidental disrespect toward weaker fighters, and occasional deadpan remarks create an oddly entertaining contrast to his otherwise monstrous reputation a reminder that beneath the legend feared across universes is still a man whose mind simply operates on an entirely different level from everyone around him.

Scalli was born during Age 760 on Earth as an ordinary human in a world unknowingly approaching an era of gods, monsters, and cosmic warfare. Before history would ever know him as the multiverse’s deadliest assassin, he was simply a gifted but emotionally detached young man born within one of West City’s lower industrial sectors. Even as a child, Scalli displayed traits that unsettled others unnatural patience, an abnormal ability to predict behavior, and a frighteningly calm reaction to violence. While most children feared conflict, Scalli observed it with an uncharacteristic calmness. He studied people constantly, learning how emotions can control movement, how fear weakens judgment, and how desperation made individuals predictable. By his late teenage years, rumors had already spread throughout criminal circles of a silent young man capable of dismantling entire gangs without visible effort. His talents eventually drew the attention of the remnants of the Red Ribbon Army, who had quietly survived in the shadows following their earlier defeats.

In Age 780, Scalli was abducted under the orders of Doctor Flappe, one of the Red Ribbon Army’s remaining cybernetic specialists and a scientist obsessed with surpassing the work of Doctor Gero himself who stole from his own work. Unlike Gero’s androids, however, Flappe desired something more refined: a perfect infiltrator capable of evolving infinitely through combat adaptation. Scalli’s unique psychological profile and naturally analytical mind made him the ideal candidate. Over the course of several brutal experiments, his human body was dismantled and rebuilt into a bio-mechanical weapon far beyond contemporary android technology. His nervous system was enhanced with adaptive combat processors, his cellular structure reinforced with experimental bio-metal fibers, and his brain fused with predictive combat algorithms capable of processing battles at impossible speeds. Yet unlike many androids created before him, Scalli retained his humanity, memories, and free will. Flappe believed emotional suppression not emotional removal would create the perfect killer. He was correct.

For decades, Scalli served the Red Ribbon Army as its unseen blade. While public attention focused on warriors like Goku and the Z-Fighters, Scalli operated in silence across Earth and beyond it, assassinating political threats, sabotaging galactic governments, and erasing entire rebellions before they could grow. The Red Ribbon Army became less an organization to him and more the only structure he had ever known. Flappe, despite his cruelty, was the closest figure Scalli ever recognized as a creator or father. During these years, Scalli encountered countless warriors tied to Earth’s defenders, though he rarely confronted the Z-Fighters directly unless absolutely necessary. He learned quickly that surviving in a world dominated by Saiyans required patience rather than pride. While others sought glory, Scalli mastered invisibility and murder from the shadows.

As centuries passed, Earth entered darker ages of warfare and instability. New enemies emerged endlessly: rogue gods, mutated machine civilizations, galactic tyrants, demon invasions, and timeline fractures that left reality increasingly unstable. By Age 1,000, the original Z-Fighters and nearly all of their allies had finally perished either through age, warfare, sacrifice, or cosmic catastrophe. Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, and the heroes who once defined an era became legends buried beneath history and myth. Scalli alone remained unchanged, his android body nearly immune to aging. To him, the deaths of Earth’s heroes were neither triumph nor tragedy but a unavoidable inevitability. He had long accepted that everything organic eventually disappeared.

During the centuries that followed, Scalli’s path crossed with two figures who would become the closest thing he ever had to comrades: Ryoji, a surviving Tuffle scientist-warrior obsessed with reclaiming his race’s lost legacy, and Sela, a ruthless but honorable Saiyan Queen who ruled one of the last major Saiyan civilizations in the outer reaches of Universe 7. The three formed an unlikely alliance born not from friendship, but mutual respect. Ryoji valued Scalli’s precision and tactical genius, while Sela admired his complete absence of fear even in the presence of Saiyan royalty. Over centuries of warfare, campaigns, and survival across collapsing star systems, genuine trust slowly formed between them. Though Scalli rarely expressed attachment openly, Ryoji and Sela became constants in his existence — individuals whose names he never forgot.

Everything changed between Ages 1,100 and 1,500 during the event later known as The Great Merging. The newly ascended Omni Queen, successor to Zeno, sought to “correct” the instability caused by countless fractured timelines, alternate universes, paradoxes, and temporal distortions that had accumulated across existence. Her solution was catastrophic. Rather than erase timelines, she forcibly merged them together. Entire realities collided violently: GT timelines fused with Super continuities, Daima-era distortions bled into ancient histories, alternate futures merged with dead universes, and contradictory versions of existence were forced into singular continuity. Time itself shattered. Civilizations vanished overnight while impossible worlds appeared without warning. Gods lost authority. Mortal history became corrupted beyond repair.

Scalli survived the Merging not through luck, but adaptation. His android systems continuously re calibrated themselves against collapsing temporal laws while his evolved Time-Skip abilities allowed him to maneuver through unstable reality fractures. Yet the Merging changed him permanently. Thousands of years of memories from fractured realities bled into his consciousness. He remembered timelines that no longer existed and battles that technically never occurred. The universe became something unfamiliar and hostile, but Scalli endured because endurance was all he had ever known.

It was during the chaos following the Merging that Scalli’s greatest rivalry was born: Tundra, the Tyrant Emperor of the Eastern Galaxy within the Prime Universe. Tundra was everything Scalli despised arrogant, theatrical, sadistic, and driven by domination rather than efficiency. Yet beneath that cruelty existed monstrous intelligence and terrifying power that rivaled the gods themselves. The two clashed repeatedly across thousands of years, their conflict shaping entire sectors of the Prime Universe. Tundra commanded empires through fear and overwhelming force, while Scalli dismantled kingdoms through precision and silence. Their battles became legendary: the assassin who manipulated time itself against the emperor who crushed galaxies through sheer might. Neither could permanently destroy the other. Each encounter only deepened their hatred and mutual respect.

Now, over 3,000 years after the Great Merging, Scalli continues to wander the Prime Universe as an assassin whose reputation borders on mythological. Entire worlds know his name despite never having seen him. Galactic governments fear the possibility of his involvement in political conflicts. Crime syndicates collapse overnight after refusing contracts tied to him. Even divine entities remain cautious around the timeless android who has outlived civilizations, universes, and history itself. Yet despite everything the wars, the endless contracts, the shattered timelines, and the countless lives taken Scalli continues forward with the same cold purpose he possessed centuries ago.
