Personality: Frozen is cool, calm, yet respectful and polite. He is always on the lookout for potential benefits to his (albeit) small empire, seeking to recruit the strong, the brave, and the ambitious to his side. He is always looking to expand his territory but, despite this imperialistic mindset, he does have the best of intentions for the inhabitants within his empire. He rules with a tough, but fair hand, ensuring that his laws are enforced, but usually containing methods of redemption in minor-moderate cases and he carries this mindset through to personal matters.
Frozen cares deeply for his allies and soldiers and takes it personally when they are slain. He is a very hands-on emperor, seeking to finish tasks himself he might deem too dangerous for his average soldier to reliably complete. He values life not only for it's immaterial value, but also their concrete applications to the empire as well. One death is as much a loss to the people around them as they are to the economy/military/whathaveyou and so seeks to better the conditions within his empire as part of a long-term strategy for growth.
As for Earth, Frozen's designs upon it come down to it's bio-diversity and the power that exists therein. Although their technology is basic, the raw power contained within a vast selection of different peoples is enough to get the imperialist mind chugging, imagining the possibilities with such soldiers under his command. Seemingly bottomless potential, a hub of activity... Holding onto the planet would be difficult for these reasons as well, but he seeks to expand here nonetheless.

Zero: At Frozen's command, he can negate an effect placed upon him by another Aura, erasing it outright. This has to be done at will and can't be spammed constantly.
Infinite: When Frozen is afflicted by an aura, he can choose to make it that whoever he touches next with his own aura, he can spread that effect to that person as if the effect were his own. He cannot use any other aura ability besides "Zero" while this is active.
Absolute Zero: Frozen can choose to "turn off" one aura effect of someone he comes into physical contact with if he knows what the effect is and how it works. He can only turn off ONE effect at a time. Other effects remain active. This effect can activate even if he touches an intangible form (not an afterimage or clone).

Born on Planet Slush in Coldspace alongside his brother to Emperor Sleet, Frozen's upbringing was rough. Expected to be as cold and harsh as his father and the land around him, Frozen was raised to be the one to take over the empire when his father, inevitably, chose to take a step back. Frozen, however, saw the plight of the people under his father's rule, the absolute tyranny and corruption and, while his brother Chille took to his education, Frozen moved against it. In a move that would have been considered treasonous in any other context, Frozen would call to meet his father in a secret location beneath the palace, claiming that someone was plotting against him and that they needed to speak secretly.
Emperor Sleet was never seen again and, in his absence, Frozen was declared Emperor. Begrudging the title, Frozen took a lesser title, "Lord" instead and began massive reforms throughout his empire. The people grew to love him as he liberated them. Some stayed, some returned to their planets of origin, but Frozen compensated for their absence with incentives to the rest. Although this time of transition was rough and nearly broke the new empire, Frozen persevered and was rewarded for it. His empire was small, only the few habitable planets in Coldspace, but Frozen was ambitious. Leaving his brother in charge of the Empire in his absence, Frozen set out on expeditions with a small contingent of soldiers to find other worlds to bring in. That was how he found Earth, a young, warm world full of species with power yet unseen in it's abundance...
Frozen knew this planet MUST be protected... if not outright absorbed.
