Rayne is often described as a loose cannon, often loud and boisterous and always willing to say what's on her mind without putting any thought into what may actually come out of her mouth. Every word is spoken like she's willing to fight someone even when she knows that she could quite possibly end up seriously injured. Rayne is also incredibly naive, hiding what she doesn't know behind aggression and untamed rage. When she isn't incredibly pissed off for no reason, she is aloof and keeps to herself. Friends aren't something she had growing up, not that living as a half-saiyan did much in that department.​
