Personality: Rumy is a sharp-minded, good-natured angel whose elegance is matched only by her mischievous streak. Much like her brother Sake once was, she is incredibly disciplined, though Rumy expresses that discipline in her own whimsical ways. She carries herself with the soft-spoken politeness expected of an angel, yet she has a habit of slipping in teasing comments, delivered with a disarmingly sweet smile. She constantly pokes fun at her God of Destruction, Lord Phantom, especially regarding his stamina, technique, and sometimes his questionable life choices. Though not romantically interested in him, Rumy is openly attracted to Phantom’s physique and presence, and she makes absolutely no attempt to hide it. Their relationship is a strange but stable blend of teacher, assistant, partner-in-chaos, and, whenever the mood strikes her, occasional “fun companion.” It’s an arrangement both seem content with, even if Phantom rarely knows whether he is being seduced, scolded, or trained within an inch of his life. Rumy loves to observe mortals, gods, and even her own siblings for amusement. She has a habit of gently provoking situations just to see what happens, a trait that often makes Retto suspicious of her involvement whenever anything goes off the rails. Decades ago, when Phantom foolishly challenged Brandy over a petty bet about mortal combat, Rumy didn’t intervene at first, partly because she was amused, partly because she wanted to see how Phantom would fare. Retto immediately suspected her of encouraging the matchup for her own entertainment, which Rumy never denied nor confirmed. When both fighters devolved into a loud, childish shouting match, Rumy and Retto finally stepped in and used magic to tape their mouths shut, ending the spectacle in silence. Phantom has been obsessed ever since; searching for warriors strong enough to reclaim his pride in a grand Universal Showdown. Rumy is responsible for guiding him, finding candidates, and training him…but she has yet to actually deliver any real progress. It’s not that she can’t, it’s simply that the search is too entertaining to rush. Watching Phantom grow frustrated, motivated, and occasionally flustered by her comments is all part of the fun for her.

Rumy has an older brother, Sake, who trained with her for years but eventually stopped. Rumy is the one who teaches martial arts to the God of Destruction Phantom. Long ago, Phantom got into a fight with another destroyer, Brandy over a petty bet between a mortal battle which Phantom ended up loosing. While they were fighting, Rumy questioned by her other brother, Retto, wondered if she intentionally set off the situation by a actual fighter against simple planet merchant as a way of entertaining herself. Rumy and Retto decide to end the fight by using magic to tape Brandy and Phantoms' mouths shut. For decades since that day, Phantom has been looking for a warrior strong enough to take his revenge on Brandy and defeat all of her strongest fighters in a Universal Showdown between her fighters, and his own. However, Rumy has yet to help him find suitable candidates for such a tournament and the search for more of her own entertainment is still ongoing.
